First I was pleasantly surprised at the very high quality of your products, What a pleasure to work with your ramps.
We had a family need of a ramp system and found a person, not far from us, who was selling a 1 year old ramp he no longer needed. It was just like brand new.
We removed the ramps and reassembled them with every nut and bolt working as advertised.
We needed one more part and ordered it from you. It arrived promptly and as all the other parts in the ramp system it fit like a glove.
The ramp is facing a main road and if we get inquiries from the public we DEFINITELY WILL RECOMMEND YOUR RAMP SYSTEM !

Very glad to find that Express Ramps carried this parts-kit.
It has everything I needed to change the configuration of my existing ramp.

It arrived relatively quickly, and was packaged well.
There was a light problem with one of the studs being out of spec (0.41 mm to be exact) and the customer service crew (Eric & Heather) were very responsive and maintained my confidence in this company.

As future needs arise, I will do business with ExpressRamps.com
