Received the order in 4 days and found it very easy to install.  Just screw in the legs to adjust the height.  Very sturdy.

Everything fits and very intuitive. I didn’t really need build instructions.

My wife and I are both in our 70s and she has had both knees replaced and I have a fused back and we were able to install platform without any problems. It has made life easier for us.  It was a snap to connect to existing platform.  We are extremely satisfied with quality of construction and ease of assembly. We would recommend this product to anyone who asks.

Purchased the 6-ft portable ramp under time-sensitive conditions and were concerned whether we were choosing the right solution for our particular scenario. All fears succumbed upon receiving it. Super sturdy construction, not flimsy at all. Needed this to overcome two steps to get our father in-n-out of his condo building. So well put together that our elderly father did not feel fear or unsteady as he was being rolled up and down it with his wheelchair. And it's still portable! Folds up and stores away easily in our storage area. You get a bit of a workout carrying it, but totally expected for something built so securely.

Your manual , which I downloaded, was pretty good.  Just printed out the pages I needed.   Installation went smoothly as to the hardware.  My slope was 8/1 degrees and installation went well, except I had to use a metal cutoff grinder to reduce length of footpad shaft as they impinged on the railings at an angle.  That was the only unexpected problem.  Overall I give this unit a Grade A
